EXAMPLE QUESTION
Answer the given task below the statement.

who travelled to a sports event at one of the colleges where one of your colleagues
was battered by some students from another college. You, personally, were not
present when that incident took place but you are aware that your sports master
and several other students from your college witnessed the beating. The student
is now recuperating in hospital.

TASK: The Principal of your college has asked you to prepare a report on the incident
because he does not trust the sports master to write a balanced report. Prepare a
Schematic report.

2.0 PROCEDURE
2.1 Interview was used to gather information from students who took part in
sporting disciplines.

2.2 Interactive investigation was used by being found wherever students who
were part of the sporting outing would gather for talks in order to pick or eavesdrop
them talking about the beating incidence.

3.0 FINDINGS
3.1 Interview findings indicated that, our students became unruly and started
bullying their counter parts who lost the final match. The bullying then infuriated the
runner’s up who then reiterated by violence too. This saw one of our students taken
advantaged of and was battered badly.

3.2 Interactive investigation approach among the students who were in Kitwe
for the sporting activities, revealed that, our students did not heed to the guidance of
the sports master to stop unruly behaviour. Their continued provocative chants
infuriated their colleagues who later pounced on them.

4.0 CONCLUSION
4.1 Our students engaged in hate speech which triggered the battering.

4.2 Our students disregarded the reprimand of their sports master against bullying
their losing colleagues. This largely led to the spark of the fight resulting to injuries
sustained.

5.0 RECOMMENDATIONS
5.1 Students who exhibit high levels of discipline should not be co-opted in the college
sporting teams.
5.2 There is need for the college to introduce disciplinary code for sports.
5.3 A penalty should be slapped on any sports player’s disregard of sports disciplinary
code.
