On the other side, constructing a new building takes much money and normally needs more
rather than renovating. The conditions are better to renovate rather than to construct new
buildings if only minor changes that need or only a few improvements to repair the building. In
terms of constructing the new building, not only creates the new building but also has to
demolish the old’s one. The cost of demolishing a building is relatively equal to constructing a
new building. In other words, building a new modern building takes cost doubled. Hence, taking
renovation is more economical rather than creating the new one.

In conclusion, changing the function of a building, it depends on the condition and how far the
changing affects the cost. If the building has to change, the major function is better to build a
new one that acquires more function and is comfortable. But if only needs a few changes, taking
renovation would be wise.

all consequences like decreasing marks in school are responsible by their internal, in this case, a
parent. Moreover, many students also are affected by their surroundings, such as friends. The

Secondly, finance may be the root of the problem. Many students can not fulfil their

due to the lack of resting time. Hence, they can not focus on their school.

However, the two significant problems can be solved by providing education to each parent in
