1 50% before material purchase and order confirmation, 20% after assembly in factory and photo confirmation by customer, 25% after site assembled deliverybefore fitting team arrival, 5% after completion.
2 Any change in original scope of work will be treated as a new order and timelines will be specified accordingly.
3 The validity of the quote is 30 days from the date of quotation.
4 Site completion and handover will be within 25 days of final sign off after receiving necessary payment.
5 Hardware used will be Ebco.
6 No changes to design or finishes will be entertained after the final sign off.
7 All communication should be with the Interio Square Production Team and not with carpenters at site.
8 Your acceptance to this proposal will indicate that these Terms and Conditions have been read and accepted by you.
