Wilco is an American alternative rock band based in

Chicago, Illinois. The band was formed in 1994 by the
remaining members of alternative country group Uncle
Tupelo following singer Jay Farrar's departure. Wilco's
lineup changed frequently during its first decade, with
only singer Jeff Tweedy and bassist John Stirratt
remaining from the original incarnation. Since early

Vulfpeck is an American funk group founded in 2011.

Influenced by rhythm sections of the past, the band
has released four EPs, three albums, and a silent album
on Spotify titled Sleepify – royalties from which funded
the band's admission-free tour in 2014. The band's
upcoming album, Hill Climber, will be released in
December 2018. The band members attended
University of Michigan's music school. They first came
together as a rhythm section for a performance at the
Duderstadt Center, a university facility that houses an

The Lexus LS is a full-size luxury car (F-segment in

Europe) serving as the flagship model of Lexus, the
luxury division of Toyota. For the first four generations,
all LS models featured V8 engines and were
predominantly rear-wheel-drive, with Lexus also
offering all-wheel-drive, hybrid, and long-wheelbase
variants. The fifth generation changed to using a V6
engine with no V8 option, and only one length was
offered. As the first model developed by Lexus, the LS
400 debuted in January 1989 with the second
generation debuting in November 1994. The LS 430
debuted in January 2000 and the LS 460/LS 460 L
series in 2006. A domestic-market version of the LS
400 and LS 430, badged as Toyota Celsior (Serushio),
was sold in Japan until the Lexus marque was
introduced there in 2006. In 2006 (for the 2007 model
year) the fourth-generation LS 460 debuted the first
production eight-speed automatic transmission and an
automatic parking system. In 2007, V8 hybrid

Financial independence is a state in which an

individual or household has sufficient wealth to live on
without having to depend on income from some form
of employment. Financially independent people have
assets that generate income (cash flow) that is at
least equal to their expenses. Income you earn without
having to work a job is commonly referred to as
"passive income". For example, if someone receives
$5000 in dividends from stocks they own, but their
expenses total $4000, they can live on their dividend
income because it pays for all their expenses to live
(with some left over). Under these circumstances, a
person is financially independent. A person's assets and
liabilities are an important factor in determining if they
have achieved financial independence. An asset is
anything of value that can be readily turned into cash
(liquidated) if a person has to pay debt, whereas a
liability is a responsibility to provide compensation.
(Homes and automobiles with no liens or mortgages
are common assets.) Age and existing wealth or
current salary don't matter - if someone can generate
enough income to meet their needs from sources other
than their primary occupation, they have achieved
financial independence. If a 25-year-old has $100 in
expenses per month, and assets that generate $101 or
more per month, they have achieved financial
independence, and they are now free to spend their
time doing the thing they enjoy without needing to
work a regular job to pay their bills. If, on the other
hand, a 50-year-old earns $1,000,000 a month but has
expenses that equal more than that per month, they
are not financially independent because they still have
to earn the difference each month just to make all
their payments. However, the effects of inflation must
be considered. If a person needs $100/month for living
expenses today, they will need $105/month next year
and $110.25/month the following year to support the
same lifestyle, assuming a 5 percent annual inflation
rate. Therefore, if the person in the above example
obtains their passive income from a perpetuity, there
will be a time when they lose their financial
independence because of inflation. Financial

Barry McGee (born 1966 in San Francisco) is a painter

and graffiti artist. He is also known by monikers such
as Ray Fong, Lydia Fong, Bernon Vernon, P.Kin, Ray
Virgil, Twist and further variations of Twist, such as
Twister, Twisty, Twisto and others. McGee graduated
from El Camino High School in South San Francisco,
California. He later graduated from the San Francisco
Art Institute in 1991 with a concentration in painting
and printmaking. McGee rose out of the Mission School
art movement and graffiti boom in the San Francisco
Bay Area during the early nineties. His work draws
heavily from a pessimistic view of the urban
experience, which he describes as, 'urban ills,
overstimulations, frustrations, addictions & trying to
maintain a level head under the constant
bombardment of advertising". McGee's paintings are
very iconic, with central figures dominating abstracted
backgrounds of drips, patterns and color fields. He has
also painted portraits of street characters on their own
empty bottles of liquor, painted flattened spray cans
picked up at train yards and painted wrecked vehicles
for art shows. McGee has had numerous shows in
many kinds of galleries and was also an artist in
residence at inner-city McClymonds High School in
Oakland, California in the early 1990s. Barry McGee

Arroyo Grande is a city in San Luis Obispo County,

California, United States. The population was 17,716 at
the 2013 census. The earliest inhabitants of the Arroyo
Grande Valley were Chumash Indians, who conducted
extensive trade with other Native American tribes at a
considerable distance. The first Europeans to see this
stretch of coast were the crew of Portuguese explorer
Juan Rodríguez Cabrillo, working in the service of Spain.
The Spanish Portolá expedition was the first European
visit by land, passing through the area on September 4,
1769. When Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa was
established nearby, the Portolà trail became part of the
road connecting the 21 Spanish missions (today called
El Camino Real). Later, agricultural activities expanded
into the area. The Arroyo Grande Valley was found to
have particularly fertile ground and was given the
name meaning "wide riverbed" in Spanish. Francis Ziba
Branch, originally from New York, saw the area on a
hunting expedition during the period when California
was part of Mexico. Branch married María Manuela
Carlón, and this marriage entitled Branch to file a
claim for a Mexican land grant. In 1836 he, his wife,
and baby son moved onto Rancho Santa Manuela. They
were managing a successful cattle ranching operation
when California became a U.S. territory, and then a U.S.
state. But some years later they suffered financial
difficulties during a drought when many cattle died.
They sold off smaller parcels of land to settlers. In
1862, the San Luis Obispo Board of Supervisors
established the township of Arroyo Grande. Businesses
developed along a road called Branch Street to serve
local agriculture. A railroad depot was built in 1882.
The city of Arroyo Grande was incorporated on July 10,
1911. Arroyo Grande experienced rapid growth in the
1970s and 1980s, partially due to the expansion of the
wastewater treatment plant, under an EPA Clean Water
Grant, that removed a growth constraint. This federal
grant program required preparation of an
Environmental Impact Report, which provided much of
the initial environmental database for Arroyo Grande.

Earth, Wind & Fire (abbreviated in initials as EWF or

EW&F) is an American band that has spanned the
musical genres of R&B, soul, funk, jazz, disco, pop, rock,
dance, Latin, and Afro pop. They have been described as
one of the most innovative and commercially
successful bands of all time. Rolling Stone called them
"innovative, precise yet sensual, calculated yet
galvanizing" and declared that the band "changed the

Joe Dirt is a 2001 American adventure comedy film

Tweedy and bassist John Stirratt remaining from the

Oprah Winfrey (born Orpah Gail Winfrey; January 29,

1954) is an American media executive, actress, talk
show host, television producer and philanthropist. She
is best known for her talk show The Oprah Winfrey
Show, which was the highest-rated television program
of its kind in history and was nationally syndicated
from 1986 to 2011 in Chicago. Dubbed the "Queen of All

44-year-old, Canadian-born blogger Peter Adeney.
Adeney retired from his job as a software engineer in
2005 at age 30 by spending only a small percentage of
his annual salary and consistently investing the
remainder, primarily in stock market index funds.
Adeney lives in Longmont, Colorado, and contends that
most middle-class individuals can and should spend
less money and own fewer physical possessions, and
that they can live with increased financial freedom and
happiness as well as a decreased environmental
footprint as a result. He has described the typical
middle-class lifestyle as "an exploding volcano of
wastefulness," particularly citing the overuse of and
overspending on new cars as an example. The blog has
been featured and cited in various media outlets
including Market Watch, CBS News, and The New
Yorker, as well as others. The primary aspect of the
blog which has caught the attention of many media
outlets is Pete Adeney's extremely early retirement at
age 30. Adeney and his wife both worked in software
engineering, averaging an income of approximately
$67,000 per year, per person, over the course of their
careers. They lived frugally, investing the majority of
their take-home pay during their working years. At the
time of their retirement, they had amassed
approximately $600,000 in investments in addition to
a mortgage-free house valued at about
$200,000.Adeney believes in the 4 percent rule, which
states that, with a balanced investment portfolio, a
retiree can withdraw 4\ percent of his or her portfolio's
initial value each year, adjusted upward for inflation
each year thereafter, with a low probability of ever
running out of money. His portfolio was valued at
$600,000 at the time of his retirement, which could
support his family's annual expenditures of about
$25,000 indefinitely according to this rule. Adeney has
made money aside from his initial investment portfolio
