Teacher’s Philosophy
As an educator, my fundamental belief is that education is a transformative and
empowering tool that has the potential to change lives. I believe that every
student is a unique individual with their own strengths, abilities, and learning
styles. I value the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive learning
environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to engage in the
learning process. I believe in the power of education to not only impart
knowledge and skills but also to foster critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong
learning. And developing a teacher philosophy as an educator is an essential step
in defining your approach to teaching, shaping your interactions with students,
and fostering a positive and effective learning environment.

Narrative Report (Face to Face Demo with Pictures)

On June 11, 2024, we conducted a demo teaching session for BTVTED AT/CT 2 class at
Southern Luzon State University Lucena Campus. The lesson focused on the topic of
"Information and Communication Technologies." The primary objectives of the lesson were to
help students understand the 5 E’s of ICT and its importance.

Prior to the demo teaching, we spent considerable time planning and preparing to ensure that
the lesson would be engaging, informative, and aligned with the curriculum standards. The
preparation included:

. Developing a detailed lesson plan with clear objectives and outcomes.

. Preparing visual aids, and a PowerPoint presentation.
. Creating a set of practice problems and a worksheet for students.
. Arranging the classroom to facilitate group activities and discussions.

The demo teaching session on Information Communication and technology (ICT) was a valuable
experience that highlighted the importance of thorough preparation, effective classroom management,
and adaptability. The positive feedback and constructive suggestions from students and observers will
inform and improve my future teaching practices.
