Outstanding Service

It is not the facilities that we are focusing on here. There are numerous accommodation
facilities that are better and superior - but that's not the point. It's the level of customer service
at every aspect of the facility here - from the gate keepers, reception, housekeeping and
restaurant staff, all provide 120% service and always with a smile. That is the game changer
whether the facility is 2, 3, 4, 5 or higher stars. To me the service changes a 4 star hotel to 5
star. Congrats to management and team. See you around soon.

Amazing Staff, Food was good. Room had enough space, bathroom was always clean, pool
was nice and relaxing, Roof top bar was amazing, Was greeted ever time we walked past a
worker. have no complaints about this place. I would stay here again

Out of the way Luxury


An amazing hotel with wonderful staff who are so attentive. The room was well appointed
with the most comfortable bed and great pillows, the air con is cold and so is the fridge.
Food, including breakfast was great and we lived the rooftop area

What sets this hotel apart from others is the amazing customer service and staff. Every staff
member was very friendly and hospitable. The room was lovely, with great facilities and
daily replenishments of essentials. The cleaning staff did a great job and at one stage even
folded some of my clothes that I had out. Great lagoon pool and in a good location. I highly
recommend this hotel

Great Stay!
The staff are very welcoming! The service was 11/10 and I can't fault this wonderful hotel.
The buffet was plentiful. The kids club was fantastic and both the morning and night shift
staff made our stay a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back! Terima kasih. Sampai

Great Pool and Location


We had one night only. the room is clean, comfortable and have good view to pool.
The location is nearing to Kuta beach, cafe and restaurant. but access to hotel quite difficult
because the road too small and crowded. The staff very helpfully and very nice. Good place
for staying in Bali.
