Health, Safety, and Environmental Risk Assessment Plan (HSERAP)

GENERAL STRATEGIC CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM

The entire three hazards are identified. Action that should be taken during the constructions
execution to minimize the risk from these hazards is recognized. A breakdown of the hazardous
areas, the constructions activities that are prone the potential risk and the type of hazard
associated into are as follows:

This plan outlines the commitment of Contractor to administer and constructs the project, and
other facilities in a safe manner. It is intended that this shall reduce the risk of injury or possible
death to contractor personnel’s, and its Sub-contractors. At the same time the equipment will be
minimized.

The definition of the noun ‘HAZARD” is a possibility of danger, harm, or possible exposure to risk,
loss or injury. Safety Organization of contractor identified locations of potential hazardous areas.
The following hazard is base in classes that have been identified:

Class: “A” Hazards A condition or practice likely to cause permanent disability, loss of life or body part and /or extensive loss
of structure equipment or materials,

Class: “B” Hazards A condition or practice likely to cause serious injury or illness (resulting in temporary disability) or property
damage that is disruptive, but less severe than Class “A”.

Class: “C” Hazards A condition or likely to cause minor (non-disability injury) or illness or non-disruptive property damage.
