END OF TERM ONE CIRCULAR 2024

Dear parent, Guardian and Beneficiaries
Introduction/Greetings: On behalf of little way kisaakye secondary school, I greet you all our
dear parents in the name of the lord and at the same time thank him for keeping us safe since the
term started up to the end.
Thanks: we thank all our dear esteemed parents for always supporting us and keeping that trust
in little way kisaakye secondary school, may the good lord continue blessing you abundantly.
We even thank you for joining us on 7th/04 2024 when we were opening the school officially so
we nail over all those who attended the ceremony and at the same time encourage those who
didn’t make it to attend next time.
Holidays: Today 25th/04/ 2024 marks the end of first term and all students will be coming back
home for holidays and will be expected to report back on 25th/ 05 2024.Those who paid all their
school dues will be coming back with report cards while those with balances will not be able to
come back with them until they clear.
School fees: we would like you to inform you that our school fees has not changed it has
remained the same .However on a special note I would like to thank all our dear parents,
guardians and benefactors that tried to pay on time and complete all the fees to zero balance .we
therefore encourage even those who paid and never completed please use that time to come and
clear balance before second term begins .Other offices will remain open at school so you are free
to come and clear and probably get some other inquiries pertaining the school .
NB:We have generated the pay codes and every student will be coming back with the fees
payment code so please with the effect from second term you will be paying using those codes
provided.

School Enrollment: We are happy to inform you that the members of our students in school
drastically increased from zero to one hundred and five students therefore being our first term
it’s a great achievement and we thank all our parents who entrusted us with their children and at
the same time appeal to you to give us more learners /students we have enough space to
accommodate them.
S.4 UNEB Registration: l would like to inform you all our dear parents who have candidates in
s.4 that they are going to be registered this coming term and the registration fee is 250000shs so
please we request you to pay in time so that we avoid moving into late registration for more
information keep in touch with the people concerned.
Academics: We are glad to inform you that as regards performance in class we mind a lot and
teachers are always subjected to close monitoring and supervision that’s why the performance of
students is not all that appalling but it’s encouraging the brain behind that is team work from our
beloved teachers we just need to keep supporting each other for that our students continue
performing well as expected.
NB: Aall students have come with the holiday package please encourage them to do it because
will be collected on reporting day.
Uniform: We thank all our dear parents who paid for school uniform in time, it’s our duty to
make sure that at school there’s smartness that’s why we make sure everybody is in the uniform,
so we encourage those who haven’t cleared the school uniform to do so because it helps us to
purchase more uniforms for our students the colour of our uniform is cream shirt and coffee
brown for the case of skirts and trousers. then the casual wear it’s a climatized of maroon t shirt
and navy-blue skirt and trousers you haven’t purchased it please do and all uniforms are bought
at school.

S. 5 AND S.4 Tours and trips: We would like to inform you our dear parents with students in
the above mentioned classes that next term we shall have geography and agricultural tours and
each with its price and the summary is lined up bellow.

S.4 Mock Exams: Our dear candidates 2024 will be sitting for mock Exams in 2nd term and
they are all required to pay for those Exams. We shall be doing different sets and each candidate
is required to pay 100,000/ so we request you to pay on time.
Sports: Our dear parents we would like to inform you that we have sports as a promotimg
because we need to promote students talents. There fore we promise you that next year will be
able to compete nationally because preparations are under way .We secured a school concert for
foot ball and net ball we hope we will be better as regards sports.but please support your child
on the above with the following
1.playing boots for foot ballers
2.sports kits for all
3.white casuals for net ballers
Development: We are happy to inform you that we have tried to achieve a number of
developments at school and these includes, the construction of the school library ,boys dormitory
and girls as well as sophiscated classes with the purpose of creating condusive learning
environment for our learners. We still thank you for your tires support .
Discipline: We are delighted to inform you that our students are really disciplined/ behaved
because we did not register any snows cases with them and we want to inform you that we have
a combatant disciplinary committee to handle such cases even we have a member of an NGO
that comes to council our learners to keep their discipline admired by teachers at school and the
community as well.
Other requirements :We have some other requirements we need at school and are very vital
these include, sophiscated sweeping brooms, brush and squeezer that are handy. On top of that
every student should report with some toilet papers and reem of papers and the summary entails.
NB: All students should report with graph books, calculators and sets.
All PE students should come with sports attires as a must.
Senior three should report with practical books as well.
