Invisible decrease
Decreases are made in all dolls, and are sometimes quite
showy. Here is the technique I use to make them as
invisible as possible.
The classic decreases are made by crocheting in the whole
stitch. To make an invisible decrease, you only take the front
loops.
Start with crochet the first stitch in de BLO.
Then, without making a yo, crochet in the BLO of the next
stitch.
Yo and pull through the first two loops on the hook.
5
Yo and pull through the last two stitches on the
hook. Now you have made an invisible decrease.
You can see at the back where you made the decrease a
horizontal line.
