Travelling

Port of Entry: Manama Airport

Travel to the official ports of entry is to be arranged and financed by each


participating delegation.

Delegations are to arrive on October 23 (optional October 22), 2024 and depart
on October 31, 2024 after breakfast. The organisation of an extended stay for the
delegation (before or after the event) is a matter of the delegation concerned. It
shall not be the responsibility of the Local Organising Committee.

Visa

209 countries are available to apply for visas online! Bahrain LOC will support all
participants, whether players or staff via expediting the visa approvals post
application and payment from participants. Visit www.evisa.gov.bh for more
information!

Insurance

Each participating delegation is required to provide insurance for each member of


its delegation. At a minimum the insurance is to cover civil liability, material
damage and medical costs.

ISF ACADEMY

ISF Academy is the educational center of the


International School Sport Federation delivering
online and onsite capacity-building activities for
teachers, school sports representatives, coaches,
officials, and students around the world. It aims to
recognize and or to upgrade the knowledge and
skills of any of these stakeholders involved or
planning to be involved in national, continental, or
international sports, educational networks,
institutions, events, or organisation.

The mission of this body is to design and deliver short-, mid-, and long-term
quality education and capacity-building activities for physical education
teachers, national school sport representatives, coaches, officials, and
students around the world. These educational programmes will be held
online on the ISF Academy platform prior to the events and particularly
during the organisation of ISF events on-site, after the competition hours.

Therefore, before and during this international ISF event, heads of


delegation, coaches, referees, international school athletes, and local school
students will have the opportunity to take part in various interactive
educational activities on different topics

ERAS Registration
ISF members
For non-ISF members, sports institutions/federations and Directly Applying Schools (DAS) willing to
participate in the event, please send your interest in participation to the ISF office at both
admin@isfsports.org and sport@isfsports.org.
Should you be accepted, the ISF will then provide you with an ERAS account to register your
delegation.
Please note that the following section of this bulletin is relevant only for ISF members.

How to register
The only registrations accepted are the one made through ERAS - the ISF registration platform.
Each ISF member country is entitled to have the credential to access ERAS.

The registration process for ISF members is divided in 3 phases:

Intention of participation - P1
February 23 - October 23 , 2023/ *deposit payment
During registration phase 1/intention of participation, all countries will be requested to indicate
intention of participation and the number of teams per category that they wish to enter.

Phase 2
after *deposit payment - April 30, 2024
Registration phase 2 will only be opened after the *deposit has been paid. During registration phase 2,
countries shall enter their exact number of Athletes (boys/girls), coaches, and additional adults, and in
which event (by sport) the athletes will be registered in. In addition, submitting the expected date of
arrival and departure as well as the type of transport will be required.

Phase 3
May 1- July 31, 2024
During registration phase 3, countries are expected to enter the exact detailed information for each
participant (name, date of birth, gender, photo, dietary requirements).
