With reference to your application and the subsequent selection process, we are pleased to offer you a promising part-time work career with us in the Agency Business Partner channel. You will be working with us on part-time basis for 2 days a month in our Agency Business Partner channel at our above-mentioned branch location. This is a contractual employment for a period of One Year, and would be automatically renewed till your E-Code is active. Your appointment with HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited ("Company") will be subject to your agreement/ acceptance of the terms and conditions as defined therein. The details of the terms and conditions are as mentioned below:
Date of Joining (DoJ):
Your DoJ starts from the date your E-Code is generated which will be intimated to you only after completion of all pre-joining and joining formalities by you .This offer letter and your appointment are valid only when your E-Code is created.
Compensation & other Benefits
Your emoluments will be INR 1,575/- per month on Cost to Company basis as per table below. The emoluments will continue to be revised as per the applicable government rules. The Company will deduct taxes and other statutory dues as may be applicable from time to time from the remuneration payable to you. The Company in line with its business requirement or based on your performance as applicable to you from time to time reserves the right in its sole discretion to effect change in the compensation structure or its components. Besides, the monthly emoluments, you would be eligible and participant to the incentive schemes as advised by the company specifically for your channel. However, the company reserves the right to change, modify, cancel, any such scheme applicable to you.

Note: The Statutory Bonus component shown above would be paid as part of your monthly emoluments. All payments made towards Bonus / Sales incentives / VPP paid will be in accordance with the Payment of Bonus Act. Monthly take-home would vary based on applicable statutory taxes which would be inclusive of any incentives and other payouts. Any payouts to you would be applicable only if your E-code is active as on the date of payout.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, your employment with the Company shall stand terminated forthwith without any notice or payment in lieu of notice on account of:
a. breach of governing laws, applicable rules and regulations;
b. breach of applicable Company policies, procedure or code of conduct whether express or implied; c. performance below defined targets as applicable from time to time; d. any act/s which is/are regarded as breach to the interest of the Company; e. your resignation from the Agency Business Partner Channel.
