ORDER:

In the reference 1st read above, in furtherance of the BSO 21 & 26,
Government have issued orders introducing a scheme of allotment of land to
people in unauthorized occupation of unobjectionable Govt land by way of
dwelling units in the State.

2. ln the reference 2nd read above, the CCLA has informed that, during the
special drive to implement the said G.O., District Collectors have identified 16962
cases (Ac.379.36) of unauthorized occupation of unobjectionable Government
land by way of dwelling units. Out of these 16962 cases only 1624 have filed
online applications for regularisation. As ascertained from the districts, the poor
response is due to fixation of high cost of regularisation in G.O. 225.

i The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special Chief Secretary has
reported that the issue was discussed threadbare with District Collectors and Joint
Collectors during video Conferences, during the Joint Collectors' conference and in
discussions with the Principal Advisor to the Hon'ble Chief Minster, particularly in
regard to rates fixed in the G.o. Thereafter, the following rates were proposed to
ensure better response from unauthorized occupants of Unobjectionable
Government lands by way of dwelling units:

Up to 150 i. D.Patta to be given to all eligible persons irrespective of
BPL/APL Category(without alienable rights until 10 years)

ii. The property shall be transferred by way of Conveyance


Deed.

150 to 300 15% of Basic value need to be paid irrespective of BPL/AP

4. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order the


following amendments to G O Ms. No.225,Revenue (Lands-l) Dept.,dt 23.0B 2021
in respect of rates of regularisation:

The date of filing applications is extended up lo 31 .12.2023


The property shall be transferred by way of a conveyance deed.
iii. ln respect of cases where alienable rights were proposed to be granted
under regularization orders announced in any previous G.Os and where
such alienable rights were not finally granted, such alienable rights shall
vest with the applicants who were granted pattas under the provisions of
said previous GOs, with immediate effect.

5. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P
and the District Collectors shall take further necessary action in the matter.
