Going beyond borders to extend oral Mission health awareness and services to the public, the Dental and Health March Service Center in partnership with the Caring Heart Promotion Dentistry Society, and the Waray Association of Canada, accomplished another five-day Humanitarian Dental Mission at Indang, Cavite from 30 April to 04 May 2023. The Chief, DSC, COL EISEN M PERDIDO DS (GSC) spearheaded the dental team together with the five (5) students of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery CL 11-2023. The activity included the conduct of Oral Education to the queuing clients, Oral Prophylaxis, Tooth Extraction, and Restoration. It benefitted a total of 1,500 clients coming from the same barangay and its nearby community. Strengthening stakeholder engagement in the name of public service to serve and promote oral health awareness in the community. Other included servuces is the “libreng gupit”.
