SEQUENCE OF TASK POTENTIAL HAZARDS PREVENTIVE MEASURES

 Lifting & shifting work  Fall of material  Material lifting area should be barricaded properly.

materials.
 The persons who are holding the tag ropes shall keep safe
distance from material.
 10 km/h speed allowed when shifting of material.
 Vehicle inspection shall carry out prior to deploy at site.
