Terms and Conditions
1. The organiser reserves the right to admit or refuse entry to any person at any times.
2. The organiser reserves the right to request check of Student ID/Passport and Visa.
3. The organiser reserves the right to charge for the amount of the full duration of package as reserved, for
any cancellation of package done on or after 31th May 2017.
4. Should there be a no-show for confirmed reservation; a charge for full package will be levied as no-show
charge. Thereafter, the organiser reserve the exclusive right to release and resell the package.
5. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program.
6. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a direct or indirect result of
the IJMO 2017.
7. IJMO organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained that may have resulted from
the activities during IJMO 2017.
8. The Organiser shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions
without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.
9. By attending IJMO 2017, the attendees agree to the Terms and Conditions.
