Sir,

As part of our emergency preparedness and effective response, the Municipality of San Simon is
requesting your good office to assist the MDRRMO Personnel on Water Search and Rescue ( WASAR).

Our town is evidently most susceptible to frequent flooding given that six (6)out of fourteen (14)
barangays lies along the section of the Pampanga River. The said training is indispensable to our staff, to
be more equipped to respond readily to any water related untoward incidents in our municipality and
also one of the requirements for Seal of Good Governance.
