How to Connect SFTP

The following steps are used to connect SFTP setup through WinSCP software.

First WinSCP software download from below link :-

https://winscp.net/download/WinSCP-5.9.3-Setup.exe

1) Once your click the link to download the setup file (8.6 MB)

2) A window appears asking for the location where you wish to save the file.

3) Choose a location you prefer and make a note of the same.

4) Once the download completes, navigate to your download location and run the program or install
software in your windows OS through administrator authentication .

5) To access of the SFTP service , port number 32 should be open for the IP
113.193.23.51 in Bank/Organization side. Check and confirm it from your IT/Network
Team.

Using WinSCP to connect SFTP remote site:

Step:1 ( One time setup to create SFTP user)

Start the WinSCP program if it is not already running. You can do this by clicking on
the Start button >> ALL Programs >> WinSCP

Fill up all the details provided by IBPS:

1) Select File Protocol : SFTP


2) Host Name : 113.193.23.51
3) Port Number : 32
4) User Name : as provided by IBPS
5) Save session : as site (by default user name) ***@113.193.23.51

Click on < save > button

Step:2 ( To download data shared by IBPS)

1) Click on the tab below < New Site >


OR
2) Click on Login button

Click on Yes to save the Server rsa key.

Put the password provided by IBPS.

Download the file from REMOTE SITE (IBPS Site) to LOCAL SITE (Your System) select the file
right click & download the file to your local system
OR
Select file and Drag & drop from remote system to your local system.
