with a fixed address at _on the one hand, and on the other
the other THE LESSEE, whose name and address appear at the beginning of the text, who declares to be of legal age,
and with all the right to sign this contract.
STIPULATE
Enter into an AUDIO AND/OR LIGHTING SERVICES LEASE AGREEMENT. in accordance with the following
CLAUSES
I. THE HIRER hires the services of THE LESSEE for an event on the day, date and time specified above, considering
that any extension in the time of the service will have an additional cost of $ MXN per hour to the already paid.
This cost is per hour or fraction thereof, depending on the package contracted, and
The same is specified at the top.
II. The ac^vity to be provided by THE LESSOR is to: A) Provide the audio and/or lighting equipment agreed upon for
the event. B) It hereby undertakes to render the services referred to in the ^time, date, hour and manner set forth in
this contract. In case of starting after the indicated time, the time will be replaced by modifying the end time in order
to complete the total contracted hours.
III. THE LESSEE hereby undertakes to: A) Provide a power outlet with voltage between 110 and 127 V and a dry and
safe place for the equipment, taking into account that any outdoor event may be suspended due to rain or any
inclement weather that prevents or endangers the proper operation of the equipment and the integrity of the
workers, and THE RENTER may stop the operation of the equipment at any time until the necessary conditions are
not guaranteed. The same applies in the event of persons in an inappropriate state, who could assault staff members
or damage any device. B) By signing this contract, he/she accepts the responsibility to cover the cost of damages to
the audio and/or lighting equipment that may occur in case of a fight, quarrel or carelessness on his/her part or on
the part of any of his/her guests, whether these happen inside or outside the place where the event takes place.
IV. In consideration for the services rendered, THE LESSEE shall pay the amount of: Payable in local currency
and in cash, which must be settled in full no later than ONE HOUR prior to the start of the event at the place and
date established, noting that failure to comply with such payment shall be cause for THE LANDLORD not to provide
the contracted services without the right to claim and/or any legal or administrative action by THE LESSEE.
V. In case of definitive cancellation of the event, the deposit left as a guarantee will not be reimbursed, but will be
used to replace the damage due to previous expenses and reservation of the date.
VI. Any doubt arising from the application or interpretation of this contract must be communicated by the parties
with up to 24 hours prior to the event, and any other action taken by any of the parties after such extension shall be
invalid.
They agree to sign this service contract on the date indicated above.

DEAR CUSTOMER REMEMBER THAT:
• Our services are 100% guaranteed, both in their performance and in your
satisfaction; you are our best recommendation to other potential clients.
• It is important to inform our program team of how the event will be held
in terms of schedules and times. Example: Reception, toast, surprise gifts,
sea snake, etc.
• Our running time or presentation is CONTINUOUS, so you absorb the
time if you alternate with other groups. Example: Mariachis, Clowns,
Magicians or any other show that will be presented at your event.
• WE DO NOT LEND OUR EQUIPMENT. We will not be able to lend part
or all of our audio and/or video equipment (computer, microphones,
amplifiers, lighting, etc.) to any other group, dj or person that will be
performing at the same place as us, so they will have to bring and use
their own equipment.
• Our staff will give notice that your event is about to end 15 MINUTES
before the end of the contracted hours. If overtime is required, this
would be the time to request it and it must be paid in advance.
• We are not responsible for power failures, rain or any other cause that
prevents or jeopardizes the proper functioning of the audio and/or video
equipment and technical staff until the conditions for its optimal operation
are guaranteed.
