MODEL NAME: Cannons

BUILD TIME: 15min

SKILL LEVEL: Moderate

SUGGESTED
8
DUPLICATIONS:

Cut, score and fold as noted .

1
Optional Step: Prior to
gluing your piece you may
wish to color the inside
(reverse side) of your
cannon with a black felt.
This will prevent any white
from showing through in
the final construction.

Optional Step 2: As an
additional detail step you
might consider cutting away
the black space at the base
of the cannon (around the
wheels and base areas).

2
Fold your cannon as
noted. Apply a small
bead of glue to the
bottom tab near the
wheels.

Apply pressure to the tab

as shown.

3
Bend
inward
the two
cannon
side tabs.
Apply a
small
bead of
glue to
each.

Place the
cannon on
its side
and apply
pressure
to each of
the tabs.

4
Bend back the top
cannon tabs and
apply a small bead
of glue to each tab
as shown.

Flip the cannon

upside down and
apply pressure to the
tabs from above (as
shown).

5
YCutout the cannon
section. Use a pen or
similar shaped object and
form the cannon around it
(See photo). Remove the
pen and roll the cannon
between your fingers
finalizing the shape.

Apply a liberal amount of

glue to the inside cannon
glue tab.

6
Once again insert a
pen and apply
pressure to the tab on
the inside of the
cannon wall.

Once the cannon is in the

proper shape place it seem
side down on your
workspace and hold for at
least 30-60 seconds until
dry.

7
Apply glue to the top and
bottom glue tabs. Also
place a small bead of glue
around the end pieces
themselves for a better
bond. Insert the tabs and
hold until dry.

Edge your cannon with a

dark felt.

8
Edge your cannon base before proceeding to the next step.

Apply a bead of glue to the two inner curves of the cannon base.

Carefully insert your

completed cannon into the
grove of the cannon base.
ALL DONE!

Now create seven more!

“Did he say seven? My
heart! There’s something
wrong with my heart!”. Ahh
stop your whining! It will all
be worth it in the end ;)

MODEL NAME: Gangplank

BUILD TIME: 10 min

SKILL LEVEL: easy

SUGGESTED
1
DUPLICATIONS:

Cut, score and fold as noted

paying careful attention to
areas marked with "Reverse
side score" arrows. Apply
glue to the bottom side of
the main plank, fold over and
burnish in place.

1
Apply glue to the remaining
white space beside the
plank bottom (see picture).
Fold over and hold in place
until dry.

Fold over and glue the plank

support. Be careful not to
glue the two glue tabs
together during this step.
Once dry cut away the
remaining white space.

2
Apply glue to the bottom of
the gangplank bottom
support as shown. Have the
main gangplank close by in
preperation for the next
step.

Apply the support in the

areas marked on the
underside of the gangplank.

3
Once dry you can simply
insert the gangplank in the
slot between the main deck
and the outer hull wall as
shown. The plank can
easily support your
heaviest figures but don’t
worry, they wont be on the
plank for long anyway!

4
MODEL NAME: baserigging

BUILD TIME: 5 min

SKILL LEVEL: Easy

SUGGESTED
1
DUPLICATIONS:

This is a purely optional

model applied at the base of
your mast. You may wish to
leave it off of your upper
deck in the interest of space
but it does add a touch of
authenticity.

Cut, score and fold as noted

paying careful attention to
areas marked with “Reverse
side score” arrows. Glue in
place just ahead of your
mast section.

1
MODEL NAME: Mastheads

BUILD TIME: 10-15 mins

SKILL LEVEL: Easy

There are two main

masthead designs. "The
Maiden" and "The Dragon"
each are constructed and
applied in much the same
way.

Cut, score and fold as noted

paying careful attention to
areas marked with reverse
side score arrows. Fold over
and glue but be careful not
to glue together the bottom
bow tabs. Keep these
seperated until you glue
them to the lower bow
section of the forward hull.
Cut away the remaining
white space, edge and attach
to the forward hull.

1
MODEL NAME: extrawalls

BUILD TIME: 10 mins

SKILL LEVEL: Easy

SUGGESTED
As needed
DUPLICATIONS:

Cut, score and fold as noted

paying careful attention to
areas marked with reverse
side score arrows. Fold over
and glue but be careful not
to glue together the end
freestanding tabs of each
wall. Once dry cut open
doors as needed.

These extra walls are

intended for placement
within your main hull. They
are not meant to be glued in
place but rather set in place
giving you the ability to
create a custom interior
layout. You can secure them
temporarily by using paper
clips.

1
MODEL NAME: cargocubes

BUILD TIME: 5 mins

SKILL LEVEL: VERY Easy

SUGGESTED
As needed
DUPLICATIONS:

Cut, score and fold as noted.

Glue and place the glue
tabs...its a box!

Each face of the cargo cube

is slightly different, therefore
when placing them try
rotating each of them for a
different look and feel in
your cargo hold.

MODEL NAME: tableschairs

BUILD TIME: 15 mins

SKILL LEVEL: Easy

As needed
DUPLICATIONS:

Cut, score and fold as noted

paying careful attention to
areas marked with "Reverse
side score" arrows.

These are extremely easy to

build models that require
little explaination.

1
MODEL NAME: Hammocks

BUILD TIME: 15 mins

SKILL LEVEL: moderate

SUGGESTED
As needed
DUPLICATIONS:

Cut, score and fold as noted

paying careful attention to
areas marked with "Reverse
side score" arrows.

1
Fold over and glue
the two end
triangular sections.
Apply pressure for
30-60 seconds.

Fold over the two

base arms and glue in
place. Hold for at least
30 seconds.

2
Fold in the end tab on the
base arm section and apply
a small bead of glue to the
white side.

Apply the tab to the white

area marked on the reverse
triangular base and apply
pressure until dry. (see
photo)

3
Repeat the previous step
with the remaining base
arm and apply pressure
until dry. (See photo). At
this point you may have to
force the main hammock to
bend inward as it has a
tendency to bend outward
instead.

Hold the two ends of the

hammock as shown for 30-
60 seconds to ensure that
the piece is dry and stable.

All done ;)
