Proposal for Employee Management System

Abstract:
The objective of “Employee Management System” is designing a system for a
work center. Designing a system with which the process of intimating activities.
It stores information about their employees' personal details. Employee
Management System is a distributed software designed to keep track of
employee information. The app is easy to use. Employee and Admin are two
modules included in the project. The software has multi-user approach.

Existing System:
In existing method employee management or employee record are maintaining
in records in file system and all work is done handwritten which has a greater
risk of error. There is a greater chance of error during entering a record. In this
system its complicated to search the data of employee or any information.

Project:
Introduction:
The proposed system is aimed to fix all the deficiencies of the current employee
management system. The problem description for the system design is to
manage employee data, make it easy to monitor workers, separate jobs and
control employee access, and use technology for accurate and timely processing
while maintaining maximum privacy and authority access. The objective of the
project is to set up employee information system and monthly salary process.
To remove or reduce the limitations of the current system as much as possible,
and to reduce data entry errors. The system shall be responsible for maintaining
information about employees and adding a new employee, delete record of an
employee, view existing employee record and search an employee record. The
software has two modules one login system for employee and one for
administrator. The administrator must give his provided id and password to
login. In this system the record is much more secure. It makes everything very
easy to maintain, search a record or information.

Objectives:
Paperless:

To make the current system paperless and save a lot of bunching logs of files on
the shelf, which makes later record access challenging and time consuming.

Automatic:

Making the existing system completely automated, which will save a lot of time
and effort on the part of human resources. As it stands now, all human resource
work is required to maintain and keep track of any employee in a company's
staff.
