3. Chapter one (9marks)
 Introduction ( one page)-1
 Profile of organization, mission, vision and objectives, organizational structure of the
organization you worked with or project you worked on (5 pages maximum)-4
 Functions of the organisation /department-2
 Ongoing IT projects-2
4. Chapter 2 ( 10marks)
Field attachment activities ( 5 pages maximum)
5. Chapter 3 ( 5marks)
Challenges and emerging issues/discussion of experiences ( 5 pages maximum)
6. Chapter 4 ( 4marks)
Conclusion and Recommendations ( 2 pages maximum)
7. References (if any) ( 2marks)
8. Appendices ( 1mark )
