The Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute Regional Training Center


CALABARZON (DA-ATI CALABARZON) will be conducting the “Training of Trainers
on Pineapple Production and Postharvest Handling Technologies” on
March 13-17, 2023 at DA-ATI CALABARZON, Brgy. Lapidario, Trece Martires City,
Cavite. The course generally aims to enhance the participants’ knowledge and skills on
the production, and postharvest handling of pineapple. This training will be enrolled in
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as one of the Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) Courses of the center for the Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs)
of different local governments in the region.

In this regard, we would like to invite Mr. Renante Villanueva as participant to attend the
said training. He is fit to the following qualifications and requirements:

1. preferably Licensed Agriculturists (Copy of PRC ID);


2. preferably not more than 45 years old;
3. preferably a permanent employee; endorsed by City/Municipal Agriculturist, noted
by Mayor/Governor. In case of Job Order employees, must submit a certification from
Local Chief Executive that he/she will be hired for three (3) years;
4. have not participated in the same training for the last 2 years;
5. willing to serve as RP/provide technical assistance relative to the training; and
6. willing to participate and complete the sessions.
