Greetings of a blissful day to you!

I hereby tender my kind resignation in your prestige company as one of your Mobile phone
promoters due to my some other commitments and personal reasons with effect this day, 15 th
of April in this present year. In relation with the said, I request the Company to take into
records this resignation and complete the necessary formalities pursuant to the statutory
provisions of company policies.

Moreover, I would like to take this chance also to give thanks for all the moments and
associations we have imbued and shared along the way. It has been a great privilege to work
within your company and in the like manner, these words are dedicated also to the top
management of the OPPO Philippines who have been a reason also in the course of my
employment as a product promoter.

May I inform you that I am very much willing to extend my help in the event that you may
need my assistance in the training of the new employee who will handle this position or tie up
