MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered into by and between:
Barangay Luna, a political subdivision of the government under the Republic of
the Philippines with office address at Barangay Luna, Tuy, Batangas represented
herein by Barangay Captain ARNEL S. HERNANDEZ, hereinafter referred to
as BARANGAY
- and -
GHLC – TUY Incorporated, a private school offering kindergarten and
elementary with office address at #15 Luna St., Tuy, Batangas represented by its
administrator, ROSIVIC D. GENER, hereinafter referred to as SCHOOL.
WITNESSETH, that:
WHEREAS, the mission of the school is to provide all students with a superior
quality education so that they may achieve their full human potential and engaging the
students with physical activities play an important role in achieving its mission,
WHEREAS, the school doesn’t have enough space and facility for some
physical activities like sports and play,
WHEREAS, the barangay is committed to support the school’s mission to
provide quality education to the learners not only from the Barangay Luna but also
from nearby barangays of the Municipality of Tuy,
WHEREAS, the Barangay Luna Covered Court is located approximately 50 meters
from the school.

NOW, THEREFORE and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties


hereto agree as they agree on the following:
1. That the barangay shall allow the school to use the Barangay Luna Covered
Court whenever it is available,
2. That the school shall ensure the cleanliness of the Barangay Luna Covered
Court,
3. That the school shall be responsible for the damage that may occur with the use
of the Barangay Luna Covered Court.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have affixed their respective signatures
on this 28th day of July 2022 in Tuy, Batangas.
