A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE BDRRM PLAN


FOR YEAR 2022-2024 BY THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK
REDUCTION MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (BDRRMC) OF
BARANGAY OF POBLACION WEST III, ALIAGA, NEUVA ECIJA.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management


Committee aims to reduce and reduction the effect brought by any
natural calamities and to strengthen the availability and capacity of the
BDRRMC members through training/seminars and formulation of the
BDRRM Plan for all hazards identified in the barangay;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Poblacion West III is prone to the typhoon


as the main hazard of the barangay that brought us floods, and other
natural and man-made calamities that cause more destruction in the
barangay;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management


Committee of Barangay Poblacion West III created a BDRRM plan with
the help of other stakeholders to plan out the upcoming natural and
man-made calamities that maybe hit the barangay;

WHEREAS, the BDRRM PLAN serves as our tool/basis how to well


organize the community and citizens in times of natural
calamities/disasters hit our barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Eduardo R. Corpus and


duly seconded by all members of the Sangguniang Barangay present,
be it;

RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED A RESOLUTION TO


APPROVED AND ADOPT BDRRM PLAN FOR THE YEAR 2022-2024
BY THE BDRRMC OF BARANGAY POBLACION WEST III ALIAGA,
NUEVA ECIJA.

Resolved, further that the copies of this resolution be furnished to the


DILG and MDRRMC of Aliaga, Nueva Ecija for their inclusion and
approval to the MDRRMC DRRM plan.
