FIXED TERM CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Further to our discussion, we are pleased to offer you and Appointment Letter and now you
are associate with our organisation Parishram Resource Private Limited, 7th floor, Plot
No.14 A, Sector-18, UdyogVihar, GURGAON, HARYANA-122015 and you will be deputed at
our client Meenakshi Energy Limited (MEL) as JUNIOR ASSOCIATE in OPERATIONS
Department on Fixed Term Contract on the following terms & conditions:
Your Compensation & Benefit details are as per the enclosed ANNEXURE – 1.
Your employment is subject to the satisfactory result of your medical test and
reference check.
1) Your place of working is at M/s Meenakshi Energy Limited, situated at
Thamminapatnam Village Chillakur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. However, during the
course of your service, your services subject to transfer anywhere to serve any plant of
the company or any of its associates/ sister concerned / subsidiaries units.
2) You will report to the Head–Operations.
3) You will be on a fixed term contract of agreement for a period of one year.
4) You will be entitled to all the declared holidays of the company. Your leaves will
be entitled as per the company leave policy in a year, to be sanctioned in
advance in writing.
5) You will not accept any other job or assignment of any nature whatsoever, with
or without remuneration during the period of operation of this contract.
6) You will be required to effectively carry out all the assignments given to you by
the company.

7) You shall observe 100% compliance of Company's rules, regulations and Code of
Conduct & Group Values.
8) Compensation and benefits are subject to taxes, to be borne by the incumbent as per
prevailing tax laws.
9) Notice period will be of one month from either side compensation (sum total of basic
salary and special allowance) in lieu thereof.
10) You are entitled to statutory benefits such as PF, ESIC as per the applicable laws.
11) You shall be at all times, whether during or after the cessation of your employment, not
divulge any information of any nature to any person not connected with the company or
make use of such Information for your own behalf.
12) The Company attributes high values to Health and safety and Environment, you
are, therefore, expected to keep yourself apprised of the Company's policy, principles,
rules and procedures regarding safety, health and environment and strictly adhere
to the measures designed to prevent accident, damage to health and environment.
13) You will be working in the shifts/general shifts as required by the Company from time to
time as per the instructions of your reporting Manager.
14) You will be provided a bachelor accommodation within / near by the Company
premises. However the food will be provided on chargeable basis by the Company.
15) This agreement / contract come into effect from the date of your joining i.e. on
or before 14 Dec 2020.
16) The company reserves the right to amend / modify any of the above conditions as and
when required.
17) Please return a copy of this letter duly signed as a token of your acceptance of the terms
of your appointment and we expect you to join on or before 14 Dec 2020.
