Dear Dhanunjaya Rao Boddeti,

Congratulations! We have pleasure in offering you the position of “Assistant Manager”.

Your Annual Compensation will be INR 17,00,000 /-. You will be required to join on or before 30 April 2025 along
with the documents listed in the Annexure. This offer of employment is subject to background verification,
antecedent check, and testimonials.

Your appointment is subject to you being found medically fit by the designated medical officer of the company. To
this extent, you will be required to undergo certain medical and drug tests at the laboratory identified in the
attached reference letter. Please contact the laboratory directly to fix up an appointment to ensure the reports
reach us by 30 April 2025. During the period of probation of 6 months, your services can be terminated by either
party with notice period of 30 days.

Please share with us the resignation acceptance mail from your immediate supervisor on or before 21st Apr 2025
with a confirmed date of Joining on or before 23rd April 2025.

You will be given a detailed appointment order upon joining the company and you will be required to complete other
joining formalities.

SALARY COMPONENTS DESCRIPTION

1. Basic: Basic component is 40% percentage of the CTC which is fully taxable component. The Basic Salary
forms the basis for computing the eligibility for PF & Pension scheme, HRA, LTA and Gratuity.

2. House Rent Allowance (HRA): Generally, HRA is calculated at 40% of the Basic Salary component.
Employees residing in a rented house may claim Tax exemption on HRA by submitting rent receipt from
Lessor. As per the IT Laws, the least of the following in respect of the Actual House Rent will qualify for
exemption from tax:
o Actual amount of HRA received.
o 40% of Basic Salary
o Excess of rent paid over 10% of Basic Salary
o Employee who does not incur any house rent expenditure; the entire amount of House Rent
Allowance is taxable.

3. Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP): The Flexible benefit plan is a set of reimbursements and allowances that are
permissible for tax exemptions under the IT Laws. Relevant bills and collaterals need to be produced against
all allowances that are part of the FBP, to avail Tax benefits. These are subject to revision from time to time
depending on the Organization needs & changes in the policy regulations as per the IT Laws.
The FBP amount is not payable along with the salary and will be reimbursed on actuals, as per policy. For FBP
Components and eligible entitlements, for your grade, please access Pay N Comp portal.

4. Other Allowance: Employees will have a portion of the CTC paid as Other Allowance which is a balancing
figure post choosing FBP components. The amount under Other Allowance is fully taxable.

5. Variable Allowance (Performance based Salary Components)

Variable Pay (VP): VP is designed to recognize and reward the employees for their contribution towards
Coforge BPS profitability & growth. The performance parameters are directly linked to Overall Company
performance and Individual Performance. The payout of VP is bi-annually and is subject to overall
achievement of Company objectives and Individual performance. This component is fully taxable.

6. Statutory & Other Benefits

a. Provident Fund and Pension Scheme: Provident Fund is created with a purpose of providing
financial security and stability to the employees. The contributions are made on a monthly basis by
the employee &the company. The purpose is to help employees save a portion of their salary every
month that will be helpful post retirement, as a social security. You may opt to make a contribution
of 12% of the Basic Salary, as per the provisions of the Provident Fund Act. The company will make
appropriate contribution as required by the EPF Act towards PF & Pension Fund that is part of your
CTC.

b. Gratuity: The payment of Gratuity is a reward for long and continuous service. As per Payment of
Gratuity Act., an employee is eligible for a gratuity amount after a continuous service of 4 years and
8 months. This is only payable as part of the full & final settlement post separation from the
services of the company.

c. Group Mediclaim Insurance: Mediclaim is a health insurance benefit, provided to the employee
&family members (Spouse &2 Children). It covers the expenses incurred towards the hospitalization
for treatment of various ailments, as per the terms detailed in the policy. The premium paid towards
the Mediclaim insurance is part of the CTC. You may opt for Parents or Parents in Law coverage by
separately nominating them and the premium for that shall be directly deducted from your salary in
three equal installments. Please refer to the policy and FAQs on joining the company.

7. Other Benefits& Policies

a. Working hour policy: We follow a policy of 9 hours shift policy that includes breaks taken during
the work hours. The working week is decided on the basis of the functional requirement by the
respective manager.

b. Annual Privilege Leave (PL): All employees are eligible for 24Days PL for the entire work tenure of
12 months (Leave cycle is between Apr to Mar); accrued leaves are remitted to your online HRMS
system @2 Days Leaves monthly, on the 1st of every following month.

c. Performance Appraisal: The Performance Appraisal is a periodic process with an objective of


measuring employees’ performance by seeking feedback from appraisers / reporting managers, for
development areas and Career growth. Performance Appraisal is carried out in March - April every
year.
