SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CRISTINE C. FERRERAS of legal age married, Filipino and resident of Sitio


Quinto, San Francisco Lubao, Pampanga, have by this present NAMED, APPOINTED
and CONSITUTED my brother CHRISTOPHER B. CONSUNJI, of the same address to
be my true and lawful Attorney-in fact for me and in my name, place and stead to do
and perform any of the following things and acts, to wit;

1. To claim, transact, represent, act follow up, facilitate and expedite any and all
papers and documents for and in my behalf with the proper authorities particularly with
Integrated Workers Services Cooperative at 3rd and 2nd floor A&N Bldg 9694
Kamagong St. Cor. St. Paul St. Brgy. San Antonio, Makati, City regarding the release
of my back pay from the said cooperative;

2. To get, receive and accept any amount either in cash or in check/s relative to
my said back pay and if in check to endorse and encash the same to the drawee bank
and receives the proceeds thereof;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and
hereby, ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
