Keep things tidy

- To prevent cluttering
up the desks and floors
with your personal
belongings, place them in
designated bags or
storage compartments.
Dispose of/remove
unnecessary things in
your bag that is not
related to any school
activities.
Arrangement of Cleaning
Materials
-At the end of each
cleaning shift, all of the
equipment used for the
day's work must be cleaned
and put in its proper place.

Wearing Nametags
-Wearing a name tag or ID
is essential in school so that
teachers can quickly
recognize students.

General Cleaning - At the end of each quarter


everyone needs to participate in general cleaning
activity.
Males are responsible for cleaning the electric
fans and emptying the classroom by moving the
chairs and tables as well as ceiling spider webs.
Females are assigned to sweep and mop the whole
flooring and clean the comfort room.

Cleaning the classroom and stairs - Done after


classes, cleaners are responsible for cleaning the
classroom and stairs as it is bound to be full of dust,
dirt, and debris.

Waste Segregation – Segregate biodegradable and


non-biodegradable trash for Cleanliness

Empty the trash bin - Assigned cleaners need to


transport the garbage from the trash bin to the
garbage dump as a part of routine activities in
ensuring the cleanliness of the room.

Storing of water - Cleaners should store water


every day after every class to fill in what the whole
class used for the day and for the next class to use.
Assign a lead prayer in a systematic
way - Through systematic
arrangement by assigning students to
lead the prayer in alphabetical order.

Showing respect to teachers, school


authorities, and fellow students -
Students must greet their teachers
and classmates with good manners
and the right conduct.

Always be punctual - Punctuality is


required in all classes attended by
the student. Students from G12 ABM-
A are expected to arrive on time
before the teachers begin or arrive.
·Discipline During Class
Coding System - The class will follow and respect the coding
system where the class officers have the authority to
initiate the signal when to be quiet, standing, or seated.
Respect the speaker - Students must not roam around the
classroom and refrain from conversing with other students,
especially if the conversation is not concerned with the one
the teacher is discussing.
Raising hands - Students shall make it a habit to raise their
hands when they have questions regarding the teacher's
lecture. If it is not recognized, write it on paper and ask the
teacher later on.

·Discipline in relation to money


Transparency - Students shall be transparent in disclosing
their financial transactions using the class funds to avoid
unethical activities as well as uphold their financial integrity.
Financial Responsibility - Students should practice financial
responsibility in order to prevent accumulating debt.

·Discipline in Managing Responsibilities


Responsibility in the Class - Class officers are tasked with
supervising and monitoring the class while their classmates
including the class officers themselves are responsible for
paying attention and lending an ear to what their class
officers are instructing.
Responsibility towards belongings - Students need to be
responsible for their materials and belongings, such as cell
phones, modules, stationery, etc. Remember that no one is
liable for any lost materials unless proven otherwise.
