A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM


(AIP) OF BARANGAY CHUA, BAGUMBAYAN, SULTAN KUDARAT FOR CALENDAR YEAR
2022
WHEREAS, RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, mandates
each local government units to have a multi-sectoral barangay development plan to be
initiated by its development council and approved by its Sanggunian;
WHEREAS, Section 109 of the Code stipulates the functions of the Barangay
Development Councils, in which among its functions is to formulate Annual Investment
Programs;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council convened to prioritize various programs,
projects and activities for inclusion in the Annual Investment Program (AIP) for Calendar
Year 2022 of the Barangay:

WHEREFORE, upon careful deliberation of the Barangay Council, be it ---


RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to approved and Adopt the Annual Investment
Program (AIP) of Barangay Chua, Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat for Calendar Year 2022.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Office of the
Municipal Planning Office and other concerned offices for appropriate action.
Unanimously passed, carried and approved this 4th day of June, 2021upon motion by
Hon. Gerald V. Acal duly seconded by Hon. Villamor H. Diaz.

INCORPORATING HEREIN MUNICIPAL FUNDS AND OTHER EXTERAL SOURCES FOR

Series of 2020

A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF THE


MUNICIPALITY OF BAGUMBAYAN THE APPROVAL OF AVAILMENT OF LOAN AT LAND
BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES AMOUNTING TO FIFTY MILLION PESOS ONLY (PHP
50,000,000.00) INTENDED FOR PRIORITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS OF THE
MUNICIPALITY.
WHEREAS, RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, Title Six,
Section 106, mandates each local government units to have a multi-sectoral comprehensive
development plan to be initiated by its development council and approved by its Sanggunian;
WHEREAS, Title IV, Section 296 of the Local Government Code of 1991 states that it
shall be basic policy that any Local Government Unit may create indebtedness, and avail of
credit facilities to finance local infrastructure and other socio-economic development
projects in accordance with the approved local development plan and public investment
program;
WHEREAS, Par. (b) of Section 296 clearly states that a local government unit may avail
credit lines from government or private banks and lending institutions for the purpose of
stabilizing local finances;
WHEREAS, Section 297 a local government unit may contract loans, credits and other
forms of indebtedness with any or domestic private bank and other lending institutions to
finance the construction, installation, improvement, expansion, operation and maintenance of
public facilities, infrastructure facilities, housing projects, the acquisition of real property, and
the implementation of other capital investment projects, subject to such terms and
conditions as may be agreed upon by the local government unit and the lender
WHEREAS, the Municipal Development Council identified the following development
projects in need of allocation, to wit:
a. Procurement of 1 unit Backhoe
b. Procurement of Road Roller
c. Procurement of Tourism Bus
d. Procurement of 3 units Dump Trucks (8 holes)
WHEREFORE, upon careful deliberation of the body, be it ----
RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to recommend to the Sangguniang Bayan of the
Municipality of Bagumbayan the availment of loan at Land Bank of the Philippines amounting
Fifty Million Pesos only (PhP 50,000,000.00) intended for priority development projects of the
municipality.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Office of the
Sangguniang Bayan for appropriate action.
