LETTER OF OFFER

Dear Mr. Mahaveer Singh,

This is with reference to your application for a suitable career opportunity in our organization
and subsequent to the interview held in our premises. We are pleased to offer you the position
of ''Assistant Manager'' in our organization at our Aligarh Office.
You will be under probation for the initial period of 1.3(One & Three) year from the date of your joining
and the period can be further extended for another one year after review of your performance
on the job position. This offer is conditional to your being medically fit at the time of
commencement of your employment with the company. The salary & compensation details are
being discussed and agreed upon by you.

A detailed Appointment Letter will be issued to you at the time of your joining the company on
or before 15th Sep. 2020.You will be strictly governed by the service regulations in force or as
amended, altered or modified time to time. Please note, to sign “Non-Disclosure Agreement”
along with appointment letter you will be required to sign and a Two-Year Employment Contract
(Agreement of Bond) in case you are sent overseas for any Training.
You will report to the “Assistant Manager ( Marketing)
” on day to day basis. You will be a staff of
Aligarh Office and is liable for transfer depending on the business needs of the company.
You might be placed at any project as and when required by the management.
You are requested to convey your acceptance to the offer and your date of joining through reply
mail before evening 14th Sep,2020 and return the duplicate copy of the offer letter duly signed
as a token of acceptance of offer, during joining. The address of joining will be as under:
