I regret to inform you that your employment with [Company Name] is being terminated effective
immediately due to poor performance.

We have made numerous attempts to address the issues with your performance through coaching,
feedback, and additional training. Despite our efforts, your work has failed to meet the required
standards and expectations of your role.

Your failure to improve your performance has resulted in a negative impact on the company's
operations, productivity, and reputation. As a result, we have no choice but to terminate your
employment with us.

Your final paycheck will include all wages and benefits due to you up to the date of termination. You
