3. Explain the following with relevant case laws:

(b) Vicarious liability of a master for the wrong committed by his servant. 10

4. (a) Define Negligence. State its essentials. Elaborate your answer with leading 15

6. With special reference to the Motor Vehicles Act, explain the following:
