Tenant Agreement between Employees and the restaurant

During your tenancy, you are responsible:

● Paying the rent on time.


● Making sure the house or flat is used only to rest between the shifts and use the
facilities for personal hygiene.
● Keeping the house or flat reasonably clean and tidy.
● Letting the Management know as soon as damage is discovered, or repairs are needed.
● Leaving when the employment comes to an end, as well as all the things you need to
do when you leave.
● To pay all the utility bills of the apartment. (Electricity bill, water, internet).
● Operate all electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, or other facilities according to their
intended use.
● Give access to the Management for inspection.

During your tenancy, you must not:

● Carelessly damage the premises.


● Use the premises for any illegal activity.
● Disturb the neighbors and your colleagues sharing the house or flat.
● Bring people to use the premises without the permission of the Management.
● Change the locks, attach fixtures, or make any renovations, alterations, or additions to
the premises without written permission of the Management.
● Accommodate any pets.

Employer is obliged to repair any physical deterioration of the apartment. In cases that


the damage came occurred through the fault of the employee, then the employee is
obliged to cover the damage.
