Learning and Teaching
Learning will be achieved through the use of various pedagogical tools such as:
• presentation slides and on-line seminars and tutorials
• teaching materials in video and audio VLE platform
• required text book in electronic format and other recommended readings
• case studies
• assignments (formative and summative)
Intended Learning Outcomes
By the end of this module, students will be expected at threshold level to:
(1) Systematically understand the multi-dimensional
nature of organisational change
(2) Critically evaluate models of change management and
recommend appropriate methods of implementing
change
(3) Identify obstacles often encountered in change
management
(4) Comprehensively understand and be able to critically
explain the role of organisational culture, politics and
leadership in facilitating and impeding the change
process

The module is assessed through ONE assignment. This assignment should be
accomplished within 6 weeks.
