Class Dedication
We dedicate this undertaking wholeheartedly to the Grade 12
HUMSS Batch 2022-2023 for our effort and perseverance to learn
something that is beneficial to our community and in our
personal growth as a person in dealing with the changing society.
Most importantly to our dear parents who always understand us
in all aspects of student life and of course to our second parents,
our teachers who encourage us to chase our dreams as well as
our friends and inspiration to make all this possible.
Summary
The Grade 12 In-School Youth Seminar Workshop aims to identify the needs of the
Grade 7 to Grade 11 (6 participants per grade level), to enhance student’s sense of
shared identity and willingness to contribute to the pursuit of the common good of
the community and to enable them to integrate applied social sciences into
community-action initiatives.
It tackles about the racial equality and gender inequality based on the community
assessment conducted by the students of grade 12 as part of the subject
Community Engagement, Solidarity and Citizenship (CESC)
The said activity went well starting from the seminar proper up to the game part
and we believe that they learned something from us even if there are flaws which
needs to be improve by the next batch of HUMSS students if this activity will be
repeated.

The purpose of this program is to inform the participants regarding

How the Plan was Developed
The plan was developed through a series of discussion in the subject
Community Engagement, Solidarity and Citizenship (CESC), Understanding

Purposes (EAPP). Then we write a concept paper as a guide to formulate
community action plan, which will be use as group requirement. Lastly, the
conduct of the community action plan will be devoted to community
outreach program.
The collaboration is made possible by minimizing the individual
performance task of the students in different sub topics in one big
performance task.
