Notes: This indicator should only be given scores
if the agenda of the meeting is confirmed to
directly pertain to administration of the
Katarungang Pambarangay
Copies of Notices of Meetings must be
signed/stamped as acknowledged by the Lupon
members. No score will be given in the absence
of the said acknowledged document.
In case a meeting for a particular month was not
conducted due to instances like the covid19
pandemic, a certification from the DILG on the
reason thereof must have been submitted.
2. Minutes of the Meeting 8 Number of months with KP-related meetings with
minutes and attendance sheets conducted:
8.0 points = 12 months
6.0 points = 9-11 months
4.0 points = 6-8 months
2.0 points = 3-5 months
1.0 point = 1-2 months

Note: KP Matters must directly pertain to
complaints filed before the Lupon, case
management, dispute resolution procedures and
techniques, trainings/capacity building and
information campaign on KP, and resources,
support and partnerships for KP.
