Fire Drill by BFP - Memo

In view of the Fire Prevention Month, a Fire Drill will be conducted in Rufino Aguilar Memorial
High School which will be spearheaded by the Bureau of Fire Protection, Tanjay City Station.

Teachers, non-teaching personnel and homeroom PTA officers are hereby requested by the
following schedule of activities on March 22, 2022:

ACTIVITY TIME AREA


Opening Program 2:00 – 2:20 PM School Stage
Orientation Proper 2:20 – 3:30 PM
Fire Drill 3:30 – 4:00 PM School Field
Awarding of Certificates 4:00 – 4:20 PM School Stage

Please see attached activity design and training matrix herewith as your reference and guidance
for the said drill.
