Chapter IV Sect.12 - Covered workplaces shall develop and
implement a suitable OSH Program in a format prescribed by
DOLE which shall be posted in prominent places

TYPES OF OSH Program
Two (2) types of OSH Program:
1. A - Establishments <10 workers and low
risk establishment with10-50 workers
2. B - Medium to High Risk Establishment
10-50 workers and Low to High Risk
Establishment 51 workers and above
