AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM


WE, RET. GEN. DANILO ABARZOSA and NORMITA ABARZOSA
both of legal age, Filipino, married with each other and currently residing at
Jordan Valley Subdivision, Balagtas, Bulacan after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law depose and state that:

1. We are the registered owners of a parcel of land located at Pulong-Gubat,


Balagtas, Bulacan and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-326570(M).

2. That Melchor Ong and Remalyn Ong forced us to sign a Deed of Absolute
Sale without paying us the full purchase price for the lot.

3. That they promised to pay us once they transfer the title to their name
and loan the said title to a bank so they can have money to pay us the full
amount of purchase price.

4. That they were able to transfer the title in their name in 2016 but to
present they never gave us the full amount of the purchase price. The new title of
the said property is now Transfer Certificate of Title No. 040-2016001775.

5. That we are executing this Affidavit of Adverse Claim to annotate our


rights and claims, as the lawful owners of the parcel of land formerly covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title bearing number Transfer Certificate of Title No.
419346(M) and now covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 040-2016001775.

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
and to request the Registry of Deeds of Bulacan - Meycauyan Branch to annotate
our adverse claim to the title of the property mentioned above.
