Motion: At 8:30 AM, the meeting has started because the meeting is in quorum where the
parents/guardians in attendance is 20 out of 47.
Proceedings:
The FACE-to-FACE meeting was called to order by Mr. JONAS LANCELOT RIVERO
ATAD, CSS-11 class adviser, presiding. Prayer was held by Mrs. ROTERSOS.
a. School Rules and Regulations
o School Rules
o Attendance
o Regularity of attendance and punctuality are required
in all classes.
o Habitual tardiness especially during the first period in
the morning and in the afternoon shall not be allowed.
o Any student who gets sick with any contagious disease
like COVID, chicken pox, measles, sore eyes, mumps,
and others, is advised to stay home.
o Attire
WHITE T-SHIRT (plain or with print) PANTS.
The adviser stressed the wearing of appropriate
clothes when entering the school premises to get and

submit the modules and answer sheets. She reiterated

to avoid wearing sleeve less, backless, and shorts as to
maintain the formality inside the school premises.
b. Health protocols
o The adviser encouraged the parents/guardians to bring their own
ballpen every time they go to school. The adviser observed that many
of the parents/guardians are not bringing their own ballpen. This is to
avoid the spread of the COVID virus.
o The adviser also encouraged them to always wear their face masks,
and to bring their QR Codes to enter the school premises.

o Reporting of Learner’s Progress

The summary of learner’s progress is shown quarterly to parents and
guardians through a parent-teacher conference, in which the report card is
discussed.

Subject Teachers’ Profile

o The adviser presented the pictures of CSS-11 subject teachers for this
semester so that parents and students will be familiar with them, especially
when they meet on the street.

o Student Release Slip

Release slip will be given to students who are not feeling well, provided that
the adviser will contact the parents/guardians about the learner’s situation.
o Parents/guardians could enter the school premises to pick-up the
student, with the adviser’s consent and note.
a. Awards and recognition

o The adviser showed a table of awards to be suspended and to be
recognized for this school year in light of COVID-19 pandemic.
o The adviser stated that when face-to-face-classes were held before,

giving of honor cards were done by quarter. However, because of
modular/blended learning, this was suspended until further notice.
o The adviser reiterated that academic excellence awards will be given
at the end of the school year. A table was shown for the specific
academic excellence awards that will be given to learners who will
meet the following cut-off grades:

a. The adviser showed a picture of the homeroom PTA project to the
parents/guardians (see image below). She thanked those who contributed to
the fulfillment of the project.

4. Other matters
a. PTA Obligation
PTA fees are to be discussed on General PTA Meeting
b. Parent’s involvement
o Parents/guardians should check the name of their child attached on
each page of their child’s answer sheets.
o Parents/guardians should also check the modules received before
leaving the classroom.
c. Other concerns
o Mrs. Matao clarified about what will happen on March 7. The
adviser stressed out that March 7 is the schedule for distribution
and submission of modules and at the same time, the schedule of
report card distribution.
o Mrs. Mendoza asked about the students’ water galloons for their
filling station and collection of homeroom funds, the accumulation
of those funds will cover the expenses of their water, floor wax and
other needs in the classroom.
o Mr. Leano asked about the school uniform and ID picture. He stated
that if necessary to have same sling it will be announced during the
general PTA meeting
o Mrs. Matao asked if her younger sibling can get the module and
attend classes once a week due to pregnancy, breast feeding
student and working student, that matter will be talked in General
Assembly
o The adviser’s contact information was posted on the screen.

o No other concerns were raised.

The virtual meeting ended with a closing prayer by Mrs. Rotersos and was adjourned
by Mr. ATAD at 11:05 AM.
