Motion: At 8:30 AM, the meeting has started because the meeting is in quorum where the
parents/guardians in attendance is 20 out of 47.
Proceedings:
The FACE-to-FACE meeting was called to order by Mr. JONAS LANCELOT RIVERO
ATAD, CSS-11 class adviser, presiding. Prayer was held by Mrs. ROTERSOS.

o School Rules
o Attendance
o Regularity of attendance and punctuality are required
in all classes.
o Habitual tardiness especially during the first period in
the morning and in the afternoon shall not be allowed.
o Any student who gets sick with any contagious disease
like COVID, chicken pox, measles, sore eyes, mumps,
and others, is advised to stay home.
o Attire
WHITE T-SHIRT (plain or with print) PANTS.

PTA fees are to be discussed on General PTA Meeting
b. Parent’s involvement
o Parents/guardians should check the name of their child attached on
each page of their child’s answer sheets.
o Parents/guardians should also check the modules received before
leaving the classroom.
c. Other concerns
o Mrs. Matao clarified about what will happen on March 7. The
adviser stressed out that March 7 is the schedule for distribution
and submission of modules and at the same time, the schedule of
report card distribution.
o Mrs. Mendoza asked about the students’ water galloons for their
filling station and collection of homeroom funds, the accumulation
of those funds will cover the expenses of their water, floor wax and
other needs in the classroom.
o Mr. Leano asked about the school uniform and ID picture. He stated
that if necessary to have same sling it will be announced during the
general PTA meeting
o Mrs. Matao asked if her younger sibling can get the module and
attend classes once a week due to pregnancy, breast feeding
student and working student, that matter will be talked in General
Assembly
o The adviser’s contact information was posted on the screen.
