THE UNDERSIGNED, P02 JOEL A CARONAN, Investigator, 4 th SAC, RSAU NCRPO
with office address at LRTA Depot Tramo, Pasay City, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with, do hereby states:
1. That he has been informed and verily believes that Gringo Dasi y Candido of No. 69
G. Del Pilar St. Baclaran City has in his possession and control properties which are subject of
the offense, to wit:
One (1) unit of caliber 45 ARMSCOR make with several ammunitions.
2. That the undersigned has verified the report and found it to be fact that Gringo Dasi y
Candido of No. 69 G. Del Pilar St. Baclaran Pasay City is violating PD 1866 as
amended by RA 8294 ( Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition).
3. That the undersigned has therefore reason to believe that a Search Warrant be issued
to enable the UNDERSIGNED to take custody and bring to this Honorable Court the above
described properties.
THEREFORE, the undersigned prays this Honorable Court to issue a Search Warrant
authorizing him and his agents or any Peace Officers to search the premises described in this
application and to bring to this Honorable Court the above described person to be dealt with as
the law, Pasay city, Philippines, April 6, 2006.

NCRPO with office address at LRTA Depot Tramo Pasay City and unto this Honorable Court
respectfully return the Copy of Search Warrant Number 18 dated April 10, 2006 with the
following information:
That on April 6, 2005 at about 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon elements of this office
affected the aforementioned Search Warrant at the premises of Gringo Dasi y Candido at No. 69
G. Del Pillar St. Baclaran Pasay City resulting to the confiscation of items/properties listed on
the attached Receipt of Properties Seized. Subject was arrested during the search and now under
the custody of our Office for filing of appropriate case in court against him.
