SVFES 54TH CLOSING EXERCISES

(Announcement that ceremony is about to begin)


Nicole: The San Vicente Ferrer Elementary School Closing Exercises are
about to begin. Before we start this ceremony, let me remind you to wear
your facemask, maintain social distancing, turn your cellphones to silent
mode and be courteous around you. During the presentation of graduates,
we encourage you to express your pride by applauding and cheering.
(Introduction)

ISSA: Graduation day is the most awaited day in the life of all pupils for it
marks the success of their educational journey.
The road to academic success has never been easy, and it was made even
tougher this school year because of the catastrophic situation brought by
Covid-19 pandemic.
But as the guidelines and restrictions loosen up we are very lucky because
finally we are able to conduct this remarkable event in person.
NICOLE: That’s right! After more than years, our dear students will have
the chance to receive their diplomas and hard-earned awards.
BOTH: Ladies and gentlemen, A pleasant afternoon! Welcome to the 54 th
Closing Exercises of San Vicente Ferrer Elementary School with the theme
K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face
of Adversity.

(Processional)
NICOLE: Guest, Friends, ladies and gentlemen, with pride and honor, let
us all welcome the graduates of school year 2021-2022 together with their
proud parents.

NICOLE: Let us welcome the San Vicente Ferrer Elementary School
teaching and non-teaching personnel, alongside with our PTA officers,
Brgy. Official and Guests. We have:

(Invocation)
ISSA: The 54th Closing Exercises of SVFES is now in order. May I request
everyone to please rise for Doxology by overture and invocation to be given
by selected pupils of grade 5. to be followed by the singing of the
makabayan song.

Intro:
Members of the graduating class, honored guest, PTA officers, brgy
officials, faculty, staff pupils and family, I am
_________________________________ and
___________________________ your master of ceremony for today’s
event.

NICOLE: First and foremost, we would like to thank the member of closing
committee who spent many hours planning this day and to the many other
that have helped organize and plan this closing exercises.

(Welcome Remarks)
ISSA:Ladies and gentlemen, To formally welcome us all, may I call on our
very energetic school principal Mrs. Marvelyn B. Lansanagan

Thank you for that heart warming speech

(Presentation of Graduates)
NICOLE: Despite the challenges we have encountered, completing the
required no. of school days was never a hindrance for the ____ pupils to
complete their requirements. And now here they are, with smiles on their
faces, very excited to received their diplomas. So without further a-do, may
I call on Mrs Marvelyn B. Lansangan, our School Principal to present the
candidates for graduation to Mr. Alvin G. Gozun, EdD, our Public School
District Supervisor.
(Introduction of guest speaker)

ISSA: At this moment, Ladies and gentlemen to introduce to us our guest


speaker for today’s event. May I call on Mrs. Estelita P. Clarin, Grade VI
adviser.

Thank you Mr. Algie Juridico, for that magnificent message and for gracing
this momentous event.

To present our certificate of appreciation to our distinguished guest. May I


call on _________________ to do the honor.

(Introduction of guest of honor)

NICOLE:At this moment, Ladies and gentlemen to introduce to us our


guest of honor for today’s event. May I call on Mrs. Maria Isabelita B.
Castro Grade IV adviser.

Thank you Honorable Vince Edward F. Flores , that was indeed moving
and inspirational.

To present our certificate of appreciation to our distinguished guest. May I


call on _________________ to do the honor

(DISTRIBUTIONS OF DIPLOMA)
ISSA: How about another round of applause to the new graduates, the
batch 2021-2022 of SVFES.
Dear graduates, the moment you have been waiting for has finally come
The fruit of hard work and discipline will finally be reaped. You will now be
receiving your prized diploma, a symbol of accomplishment. May I request
(the grade 6 advisers) Mrs. Estelita P. Clarin, Mrs. Zenaida P. Masangcay,
Mrs. Princess Maylene Maniacop to assist Mr. Alvin G. Gozun and Mrs.
Marvelyn B. Lansangan in handinf out the diplomas to our graduates. At
this point, may I request our Guest Speaker Algie Juridico to join Mr. Gozun
and Mrs. Lansangan in congratulating our graduates.

NICOLE: At this point let us all be all ears to no less than this batch
sentiments and words of gratitude to be given to us by Anthony Aethan S.
Tubig, grade 6 pupil with honors, Let us give him a round of applause.

Thank you Aethan, that was moving. Again, Congratulations.

(DISTRIBUTING OF MEADALS AND CERTIFICATE)


ISSA: It is said that the quality of person’s life is in direct proportion to
his/her commitment to excellence regardless of the chosen fiels of
endeavor. Ladies and gentlemen, let’s recognize those pupils’ ordinary
things extraordinary well.
May I request (the grade 6 advisers) Mrs. Estelita P. Clarin, Mrs. Zenaida
P. Masangcay, Mrs. Princess Maylene Maniacop to assist Mr. Alvin G.
Gozun and Mrs. Marvelyn B. Lansangan in handinf out the diplomas to our

Rose G. Masangcay with honors.

NICOLE: Music is the expression of the soul. It moves emotions and feels
with the movement of time. Through a song that emphasizes the strength
amidst the challenges. Let’s all sit back and enjoy as we watch
the graduates sing ____________________________

That was an awesome delivery of lines and melody and I hope our guest
think the same.

NICOLE:To formally clos today’s event, May we call on Brgy. Captain
Reynaldo M. Calara to deliver the closing remarks.
