 A. Overview
        This module intends to help you practice good healthy habits
        and this will help you become healthy. You will demonstrate
        understanding on how you will give importance on the good
        eating habits. You will undergo self-exploratory activities,
        answer exercises, real application of the lesson and self-
        reflection. At the of the this, you are expected to practice
        good health habits.
 B. Desired Learning Outcomes
      1. Identify the good eating habits
      2. Practice good eating habits
      3. Show respect to your body by practicing good healthy habits
      4. Become good follower like Jesus

     The things that we do again and again is called habit.
     Habits may be good or bad.
     Example of good habit is hand washing.

 Example of a bad habit is watching TV all night.

 Today, we will discuss some habits that we should practice.
 Observe the pictures below.
 These are Healthful Eating Habits.
                    Always wash your hands
                      before and after eating.
                           Sit properly and wait patiently.

             4. Do not talk when your mouth is full
             5. Eat at the right time.
             6. Drink lots of water.
             7. Say “please “and “thank you “when asking for food.
