This refers to your enquiry regarding the above subject project. In this regard, we are
submitting our Proposal for Car Parking Shed. Our proposal is based on the details given by you.
We have worked out the costing according to the current market price of steel. As you aware
steel market is quite volatile and there is expectation to increase the steel prices in coming
weeks. In case of any changes in steel prices the same shall be reconsidered.

Section 1: Scope of Supply

Pranjal Projects Pvt. Ltd. proposes to furnish a Car Parking Shed as described below. The
building will consist of all components required to construct the primary and secondary framing,
wind bents, wall & roof purlins plus the wall cladding and roof sheeting. Hardware’s and anchor
bolts of the building are included.

Note:-
1. The above quoted price is taken as excluding Taxes (18% GST).
2. Freight charges will be charge extra as per actual.
3. We had considered steel raw material price as Rs.80,000/- Per MT, if
there is any change in steel price same will be applicable accordingly.
4. Delivery: We will discuss at the time of finalization of order.
5. Rate Validity: Upto one week from our offer date.

Special Condition :

1) Stability Certificate- We will issue a stability certificate valid for 25 years form
the date of completion of building.

Leakage Warranty- Pranjal Projects products are warranted against leakage for 12
months after handing over of binding & issuing a leakage warranty certificate by Pranjal
Projects.

Please Note:
1. Above quoted price excluding GST TAX (18%) .
2. Any change in GST Tax (18%) or any change in GST tax at the time of
dispatch of pre-fabricated building, the same would have to be paid by
customer at actual prior to shipment.

Section 7: Payment Terms

A. For Supply Contract :-


20% advance along with confirmed order for steel procurement ,which will
be recovered in last supply.
20% against approval on G.A. drawings
60% payment against Performa Invoice against Before dispatch of all
Structure material .

B. For Erection Contract :-


50% mobilization advance along with the erection contract.
50% against 30 days PDC before starting of erection.

Section 8: Paint Specifications

Primary Member : One coat of shop applied Red Oxide Primer (20-25
(Built-Up Section/ H.R. Section) micron) followed by 2 coat of Standard “Smoke Grey”
Synthetic Enamel paint of Berger/Asian make.

Section 9: Standard Products & Specification:-

Primary Members:
Primary structural framing shall include the transverse rigid frames, lean-to-rafters
and columns, interior columns (beam and column frames), bearing frame rafters and
corner columns and enwall wind columns.

Secondary Members:
Secondary structural framing shall including the purlins, girts, eave struts (strut pipe),
wind bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips and other miscellaneous structural
members.

Surface Finish of Structural Members: (Will be discussed at the finalization time of order)
All structural members shall be cleaned by wire brushing to remove dirt, grease, oil
and loose mill scale and given one shop coat of red oxide, air drying, phenol modified
alkyd resin primer / grey primer. Any additional finish painting is not included in scope
of supply. Two coats of synthetic enamel paint would be applied at site at the time of
Erection.

Connections:
All field connections shall be bolted (Unless otherwise noted).
Primary bolted connections shall be furnished with high strength bolts conforming to
the physical specifications of ASTM A325 (or Gr. 8.8).
Secondary bolted connections shall be furnished with machine bolts conform to the
physical specifications of ASTM A307 (or Gr. 4.6).

Physical Specifications of Structural Members:


Members fabricated from plate or bar stock shall have flanges and webs joined on one
side of the web by a continuous welding process and will conform to the physical
specifications of ASTM A572 M (Grade 50) Type 1 or equivalent and having min. yield
strength of 345 Mpa.

Members fabricated by cold forming process for black steel it shall conform to the
physical specifications of ASTM A570 M (Grade 50) or equivalent and having minimum
yield strength of 345 Mpa; for Galvanized steel it shall conform to the physical
specifications of ASTM A653 M SS Grade 340 Class 1, 150/180/275 gsm or equivalent
and having minimum yield strength of 345 Mpa.

Members fabricated from hot rolled structural shapes for Beams, Channels & Columns
shall conform to the physical specifications of IS 2062 / 1999 Grade B or equivalent
having a min. yield strength of 245 MPa; for Tubes it shall conform to the physical
specifications of IS-4923 or equivalent having a min. yield strength of 345 Mpa; for
pipes / hand rails it shall conform to the physical specifications of IS 1161 – 1979 or
equivalent having a min. yield strength of 245 Mpa.

Anchor bolts shall confirm to the physical specification of ASTM A 36M / IS 2062 and
having a minimum yield strength of 245 Mpa.

High Strength bolts shall confirm to physical specification of ASTM A 325M Class 8.8
Type 1 or its equivalent Electro Galvanized to ASTM A 153M Class C and having a
minimum yield strength of 830 MPa

M.S. Bolts shall confirm to physical specification of ASTM A 307 / IS 1367 Grade 4.6 /
4.8 Type 1. Hot dip Galvanized having minimum yield strength of 400 MPa.

Roof Sheeting and Wall Cladding:

NA

Pranjal Projects Rib It can be shipped in any length up to 12m. Color of exterior and
interior faces shall be white/grey. Other materials, thicknesses and coating are
available upon request.

The material shall conform to ASTM A792 and the galvalume coating to ASTM-A792-
AZ150. The minimum yield strength of material shall be 550 Mpa.

Flashing and Trim:

Flashing and/or trim shall be furnished at the rake, corners, eaves, framed openings
and wherever necessary to provide weather tightness and finished appearance. Color
shall be white for rake and eave flashings and color of wall for corner flashings unless
otherwise specified by client from one of Pranjal Projects Pvt Ltd. standard range of
colors. Material shall be 26G thick

Conforming to the physical specifications of ASTM A446 Grade C or equivalent and


having minimum yield strength of 50,000 P.S.I. (550 Mpa).

Eave Gutters and Downspouts:

Eave gutters shall be box shaped, color coated, and 0.50mm nominal thickness steel.
The outside face of the gutter shall be supported with color coated 0.5 mm nominal
thickness straps to the eave member at a maximum spacing of 1.2m.

Sheeting Fasteners:

Sheeting fasteners are self tapping metal screws with metal and neoprene washers.
All screws shall have hexagonal heads, and made of zinc plated steel. These are
specially designed screws in small, medium and large sizes.

Section 10: Delivery Schedule for each building

Submission of General Arrangement (GA) drawing will take 15-20 days from the date of
order and advance whichever is later.
All the materials of the building shall be supplied within 12-14 weeks from the date of
receipt of sign off of GA drawings.
Drawings once approved cannot be revised and if revision required by client then that will
charge extra cost.
Erection can be completed within 8-10 weeks thereafter. All schedules will depend upon
clear site condition and mutually agreed commercial.
Please note that above schedule is based on receipt of payments , civil completion and
site clearance for erection along with G.P.2 ( Buyer’s Scope ) .any delay on account
these factors would automatically extend the delivery schedule and no approval or
consent will required from buyer.

Section 11: Handing Over Building


Pranjal Projects will hand over the building in full or in stages depending upon
progress and safety concerns.
Customer will not be allowed for occupying or using the building in anyhow without
issuing a completion certificate to Pranjal Projects.

Section 12: Exclusive
Lights, doors, rolling shutters, windows, glass and fixtures.
Roof & wall fans, pipe flashing, curbs.
Civil, plumbing and electrical design and materials.
Concrete embed plates of weld plate of any kind.
Foundation and masonry design / work / materials.
Setting of Anchor Bolt – (Physical setting or fixing). Pranjal projects will only check
dimensional accuracy of anchor bolt set out.
Grouting – Grouting under column base plates with high strength grout.
Crane (Optionally additional)s, rails and cranes -
Electricity & Water will be provided by the customer free of cost.

Section 13: Permits/License and Working Conditions on Site


Pranjal Projects shall not be responsible or liable for the obtaining of permits to
erect or install any product. Buyer has to provide a safe , secure and guarded
place for working along with safety of man and material at site , in case any
liasoning (cost or management) required at the site from any local , political or
government authorities (apart from EPF and labor license ) would be in his scope.

If erection delayed due to delay in civil work or delay in release of erection


payment or any other cause from customer end then Pranjal Projects will not be
responsible for damage of material at site or deterioration of synthetic enamel
paint on structure.

Section 14: Standard Clauses

1. No allowance has been made to design, detail, coordinate, manage or build any
architectural features or art works other that what is shown on Pranjal Projects offer or
Pranjal Projects proposal drawings

2. No allowance has been made to coordinate or manage the design of MEP (Mechanical,
Electrical and Plumbing) service nor have we allowed for the support of MEP equipment
unless specifically mentioned in Pranjal Projects offer and agreed upon in writing with the
customer.

3. All interior partitions are to be made by others unless specifically mentioned in our offer
and agreed upon in writing with the customer.

4. Any inspection and special testing of any Pranjal Projects Building element (other than
what is in Pranjal Projects standard Quality Plan) is excluded. Additional price will be
charged if such inspection and special testing is required.

5. All civil, mechanical and electrical works are in scope of client.

6. Non-shrink epoxy grouting / GP 2 under steel columns are not in Pranjal Projects scope of
work. And the GP2 materials will do before start of erection.

7. All leftover and scrap material with machinery at site are the property of Pranjal Projects
and can be removed by us any time. Buyer has no right of objection & will not stop us
from the same.

8. Buyer agrees to make inspection upon arrival of all articles shipped. Claims for shortages
or defective material, if not packaged, must be made in writing to PRANJAL PROJECTS
PVT.LTD. head Office within 5-7 days after receipt of the shipment, and if packaged
within 15-20 days after receipt of shipment PRANJAL PROJECTS PVT. LTD. shall have a
reasonable time to investigate all claims made by BUYER. Any claims for shortages or
defects made after the above periods shall be refused and finally dismissed.
9. If due to any reason this agreement / order is cancelled before G.A. drawing approval; in
that case Pranjal Projects will deduct minimum 5 Lacs or 5% of contract value whichever
is lesser. After G.A. drawing approval Pranjal Projects will deduct advance payment and
as per payment terms for G.A. drawing.

10. Any charges and /or revision in the scope of supply as stated in the offer may lead to a
variation in price and the delivery period .in case there is revision in scope, design or
anything else after the approval of AB plan GA drawings & design report, the re –
engineering charges shall have to be paid by buyer along with any additional financial
cost arising out of such changes or revision.

11. SELLER shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to buyer for delay
in delivery of product or delay in erection at BUYER’s site due to circumstances beyond
SELLER’s control such as, but not limited to, war, riots, civil commotion, revolution,
regulation, order or act of government or any government authority or any act of God
including flood, fires or delay due to transporter’s strike or any other circumstance or
event beyond SELLER’s control.

12. Purchase order and advance is must before dispatch of anchor bolts.

13. Buyer needs to provide road permit as and when required for the dispatch of material.

14. However any change in GST tax or any changes in tax part or introduction of any other
new tax/duties at the time of dispatch of pre-fabricated building, the same would have to
be paid by client at actual prior to shipment.

15. It is assumed that two separate orders will be issued, one for supply and one for erection.

16. Any non-standard colour/make (yield, strength) will be delivered as per actual time
committed by the manufacture.

Section 15: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and under the laws of
the Government of India. Both parties agree that in case of any difference or dispute
arising between the SELLER and the BUYER will be resolved by mutual discussions and
agreement. However, unresolved issues, if any, will be settled by arbitration as per the
Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and the venue of the arbitration will be Faridabad,
Haryana, India.
