User Manual for Village/Ward Secretariat’s Panchayat


Secretary, Ward Administrative Secretary, Nodal Officers

Objective

Standardising V/W Secretariats - Infrastructure & Functionary etiquette


A Questionnaire to collect details about the availability and working condition of
hardware devices, Secured Based Stationery, availability of posters and the
display of List of eligible beneficiaries and List of ineligible persons under the
concerned poster, utilization of uniforms & badges is floated on Persuasion and
Monitoring Unit Application (PMU App).

APP can be used by Panchayat Secretary of Village Secretariat/Ward


Administrative Secretary of Ward Secretariats and the concerned Nodal Officers
with self-registration along with mobile number. Monitoring reports are
available in GSWS Portal.

(https://gramawardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in/) – Inspection reports.

 Install GSWS - PMU Mobile Application from the Google Play store.
 Once installation is done, open the app on the mobile.

Registration
 Click on the register button as shown on the below screen.
 Enter the full name and Select designation from the drill-down as shown below
screen.
 While selecting designation as a Nodal officer/PS/WAS based on that select
District and Mandal and Secretariat as shown below.

Note: For the first time login use password: gsws@123 after that to login change
password.
 Enter your Contact number and select Personal / official buttons.
 Click on signup button, it will show the Registration Successfully as shown
below.

 Enter the user's mobile number to proceed


 Enter the password to log in to the application

After the Sucessful Login, you will be landed in the Home Page

 In the Home Page, select the inspection service from the Menu at the Top Left
and click on the Inspection Service
Select Inspection service

 Select the Questionnaires and fill the relevant details.


Questionnaire
 Take the pic and save the picture through use of Camera (Upload through
Gallery is not Allowed)
 Click on the submit button, Inspection done successfully.
