APPLICATION

Write a letter of affirmation to yourself. Include the values you live and practice. If you find any
undesirable in you, present practical advise/s.

Dear Self,

You’ve been with me since the day I was born. I’m glad that despites of many difficulties we’ve

faced together, we’re still here for each other. You’re the only one that knows my fear, my sorrow, and

my sufferings. You’re the only one that comforts me when no one is available. I’m glad that I am you, and

you are me. You’re the only one that taught me a lot of life lessons I should know.

I would like to thank you for everything you’ve done for me. Because of you, I made it through.

But I would also like to say sorry for sometimes being less kind to you. I know that sometimes I doubted

at your abilities. Sometimes I do not let you do what you want because of emotional fear. I know as well

that I have abused you with unhealthy emotions, unhealthy words, unhealthy relationships, and unhealthy

foods just to try killing my emotional pains. Please forgive me for all my unfulfilled responsibilities from

you.

If there’s one thing that I would like you to know is that I love you form the bottom of my heart.

And with the life lessons you’ve taught to me and experiences we’ve done together, I will try to be more

kind to you, I will try not to abuse you, and I will try to be the best version I can be. I will always support

your decisions, and I will try to improve you. Thank you so much!
