Resolution BARBA Composting Facility

REPRESENTATIVE FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE ASSOCIATION FROM THE
OFFICE OF HON. CRISPULO G. BAUTISTA, JR., REGIONAL EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE-REGIONAL FIELD
OFFICE III IN THE GRANT OF COMPOSTING FACILITY FOR BIODEGRADABLE
WASTE (CFBW) WITH MULTI-PURPOSE SHREDDER

BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 02


Series of 2022

WHEREAS, BARBA is composed predominantly of rice, corn and high-value crops


farmers. Most of the members were traditional farmers and now gradually converting into
organic farming;

WHEREAS, to improve its productivity while taking care of the environment, the
Association needed to acquire Composting Facility for Biodegradable Wastes (CFBW)
with multi-purpose shredder;

WHEREAS, the Association has __ farmers presently with a total area of ___ hectares of
irrigated/non-irrigated lands that will directly benefit under this project including other
farmers within the locality who want to avail of organic composts;

WHEREAS, the Association commits to shoulder the cost of operation and maintenance
of the said facility;

WHEREAS, Darwin B. Bonagua, TESDA-accredited trainer in Organic Agriculture


Production NCII and ATI-accredited trainer on Farm Mechanization, will be the
designated operator;

NOW, THERFORE, on motion made by Iluminda S. Tolentino, and duly seconded by all
board of directors present, it is hereby RESOLVED to respectfully request assistance from
the good office of Mr. Crispulo G. Bautista Jr. in the grant of Composting Facility for
Biodegradable Wastes (CFBW) with multi-purpose shredder.

Resolved Finally, that Darwin B. Bonagua, Chairperson of Balsik Agrarian Reform


Beneficiaries Association as the authorized representative to transact business with the DA
and/or sign documents for and in behalf of the Association with his three specimen
signatures shown below this resolution.
