Home Owner’s President Michael Villas
Bunyi Compound, East Service Road,
Cupang Muntinlupa City
Dear HOA’s Pres. Michael Villas,
We are the students from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa - BSBA1E writing
to inquire about borrowing chairs and tables on June 18, 2022 (12:30 – 3:30 p.m.) and
June 19, 2022 (10:30 – 5:30 p.m.). Our other diligent and hardworking classmates here
appear to be having a difficult time due to the disadvantages caused by the lack of chairs
and tables that we are currently using, making us uncomfortable in performing our tasks,
compromising our performance, and making us feel some discomfort in offering our
understanding on how to make dishwashing liquids, which may assist them in starting a
small business, as well as our knowledge concerning business as management
students.
So, we writing this letter for you so that you are aware of the situation and may perhaps
consider our humble request in some manner so that we can feel more at ease while
working. You may trust our integrity and know that when our materials arrive, we will
promptly return them to you.
Hoping for your kind feedback. Thank you for your time and best regards,
Respectfully yours,
