As an effort of reviving the dying traditions of the performing arts by playing gangsa, a type of Kalinga gong. Saclag converted the abandoned Capitol building in a museum supported by the provincial government and other financiers. Saclag is teaching folk songs and broadcast tje traditional Kalinga music along with contemporary music in their local to radio station. He also form the Kalinga Budong Dance Troupe with the purpose of promoting Kalinga Dance for wider audience.
